By accessing our website and purchasing from Cake Company, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

ACCOUNTS

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep that information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

PRODUCTS & LIMITED DROPS

Cake Company releases products in limited quantities.

Certain products, including F*CK LUXURY Drop 01, are sold as preorder items.

Preorder products are produced after the drop closes and require a production timeline of approximately 3–4 weeks before fulfillment.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept this production timeline.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in applicable currency and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms.

Payment must be completed at checkout using a valid payment method.

PREORDER AGREEMENT

By placing an order on a preorder item:

• You acknowledge that production has not yet begun at time of purchase
• You agree to the stated production timeline
• You understand that all preorder sales are final
• You agree that cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed

SHIPPING

Shipping timelines provided are estimates only.

Cake Company is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Cake Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

All limited drop and preorder items are final sale.

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery. If approved, store credit or a replacement item may be issued at our discretion.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, designs, graphics, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of Cake Company.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

USER CONTENT

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant Cake Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

DISCLAIMER

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
