By accessing our website and purchasing from Cake Company, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

ACCOUNTS

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep that information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

PRODUCTS & LIMITED DROPS

Cake Company releases products in limited quantities.

Preorder and made-to-order pieces are identified on their product pages. Production and dispatch timing is specific to each piece and must be shown before purchase. A ready-to-ship processing window does not apply to made-to-order pieces.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in applicable currency and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms.

Payment must be completed at checkout using a valid payment method.

PREORDER AGREEMENT

By placing an order on a preorder item:

Review the item’s confirmed production and dispatch timeline before purchasing. Limited drops and preorders are final sale for changes of mind. Cancellation, refund and other remedies required by applicable law remain available. See our Returns & Order Issues policy.

SHIPPING

Shipping timelines provided are estimates only.

Cake Company is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If tracking stalls or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact info@cakecompany.store so we can investigate with the carrier. See our Shipping policy.

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

Limited drops and preorders are final sale for changes of mind. Eligible standard-stock pieces have a 30-day return-request window. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Faulty, missing or incorrect items are assessed for an appropriate remedy. Store credit will not replace a legally required refund without your agreement. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, designs, graphics, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of Cake Company.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

USER CONTENT

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant Cake Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

DISCLAIMER

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cake Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our products or services.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Cake Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website, violation of these Terms, or misuse of our products.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Existing orders retain the terms presented when placed, together with applicable consumer rights.

Nothing in these terms, including the disclaimers and liability provisions, limits any rights, warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
