RETURNS

We accept returns on all unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipment process.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 30 days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the delivery date to request a replacement or refund.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process above and place a new order for the desired item.
